I can't spell the word permanent. But I bought the Semi-Permanent06 book.

Thankyou to all who attended the conference. My logic tells me that it must've been the income that the conference raked in, that contributed to the oh so cheap price of the book. Thankyou design conference go-ers.

It's possibly illegal to make scans of this book, but probably not because I'm not making any money out of this. But nobody would read my blog anyway, so everything's cool. A lot of stuff happened, then I came back to blogger.com to post a new entry.

It has been an eventful 69 days since my last blog, and there is so much to crap on about.

First on the agenda.

The discovery of secret asian man.

I had never been very concerned about this issue, but S.A.M. and Benard's film did get the rusty gears in my head running.

It is a sensitive issue, but not having experienced it myself, I don't really know what to say. I guess I'm just appalled that though we lived in a so called 'civilised society', there are still ignorant eff-wits out there that just don't understand the basic biological fact that all human blood is red.

Am I really a banana? Or am I a semi-ripened one?

After my visit to NGV with Soo Jin yesterday, we made a discovery of a little magazine. I was immediately enticed by the conspicous solid coloured cover of the magazine, featuring a line drawing of a yellow monster with triangle teeth wearing an apron. Such an anomalous blank expression of the character mused me. As we began flipping through the pages, my mind absorbed the images of advertisements, artist prints, photographs and vinyl toys on each page, wishing that I owned all the products advertised in the magazine.

We closed the magazine, and I was determined to buy it. I looked up towards the neon bright price label located in the top left corner of the cover. It read $15.95. I took a step back. That was considered relatively cheap for a magazine like that, but as a poor and stingy student I hesitated. As Soo Jin began to point out the $USD RRP printed on the cover, my attention was immediately drawn towards the 5 bolded capitalised words printed next to it:

i must admit, i cannot just knock arj barker over and idolise one demetri..

so today tops the best day of my life, as far as i can remember..

i got a 90 HD for my 2d assessement, ive got a 'so called' 5 day weekend (as well as a sh*t load of homework-__-).. and the best of all, i met arj barker! absolutely awesome!

i got a signed cd (which i may eventually auction off on ebay one day if i become poor) and a memory that will last a life time- the first time i met arj barker.

he had a tough time spelling my name though. and because i lost my ticket(due to the fact that my bag exploded) i will have to make do with this one i drew.. woe..

hello all.. another boring blog entry today. *sigh* welp the things that are depressing me today/lately are:
-jojo has lost he's handphone, thus he is upset, thus i am upset because he is..
-clarice is sick, but at least getting better, so thats half a smile<=)..
-the lack of a fish tank, to put clarice in to make use the sally's fish tank heater[thank you sally!=)]

welp, in extension to my last blog post, i've submitted my magazine image so thought id share it with everyone..

hmmz, welp seems like there was an error uploading my image.. it was already 72 dpi *waves angry fist at computer* oh welp, maybe i might fix it later.. but now i should be doing my media culture tech essay.. wtf is postmodernism anyway?.. *becomes agitated* -__-'' sorry folks not in much of a homeworking mood right now..

i think it was because i had a crummy day.. well it all started off with a late phone call last night, then i ended up sleeping in this morning [which is fine when you're on holidays, but crap on normal days, cause once you wake up late you realise you've wasted half a day..] so off to work i went, heading into the city, i missed the proposed 1.45 tottenham train and woudn up changing 3 trains to get to melbourne central station, instead of staying on one.. and remembering that they were giving away free classical music cds in 'the age', i went to purchase a copy of the satruday age[RP: $2 AUD] but soon realised that i actually had to ask for a copy of the free cd.. so i returned home with a heavy roll of newspaper with no free cd.. and whilst coming home from work, i stepped in a big muddy puddle.. *waves angry fist at puddle*.. i guess thats life..

mood: depressed but a tad content because i had KFC wicked wings for dinner.. thus now feeling guilt ridden for eating unhealthy food..
currently: trying to do homework, but obviously wasting time and blogging..

welp.. looks like im going to fork out $600 to replace the camera.. and what makes it worse it that i have to buy the same brand and model of my former one, to prevent any suspicion of the lost camera from my parents.. -__-; how sad.. *boo hoo*.. and have to take out another $110 for a lost library book.. *sigh*.. damn rmit library.. *cries some more*..

*thinks*.. and what other expenses and liabilites do i have?.. i owe syahmi $1; and ive got a parcel to post, so thats another expense.. my phone bill, which i sense will be extremely expensive this month.. [but luckily im going on three next month! huzzah!] ; wet media acetate, for my imaging assignment; *sigh*.. i need a financial planner.. maybe vanessa can help me out.. lol ^ ^.. ; money to buy a patch cable to move my computer into my room.. the list just goes on..

whoa.. whoa indeed.. for over thirty seven consecutive hours of 'being awake'-ness if that makes sense.. have been flooded with homework for the past few days.. especially monday tuseday and wednesday.. whereby i went without sleep for both monday and wednesday nights, finsihing assignments.. dag nam.. -___-;.. so i counted on thursday.. i was actually awake for over thirty seven consecutive hours.. man.. painful... let me not try that twice in one week.. i really got to stop doing this.. welp.. i'm tired once again.. so better go to sleep.. ... and did i mention i lost my camera too?.. >___< man that has just depressed me even more.. *sigh*.. oh camera.. please come back camera!.. or else i will have to pay to get a new you!.. *cries*.. welp enough of my blabbering and winging.. im too depresed and tired to go on.. -_____-...

huzzah!.. my compy is finally back from the hospital and fit as a fiddle as ever!.. =] huzzah!.. hence many thanks to akishi!.. the wondrous compy doctor that helped cure my compys virus and reformat it.. thanks akishi!!!.. =]... but the sad news is i have to reinstall all my programs.. *sigh*.. from photoshop to illustrator.. through to my favourite flash and dreamweaver.. which also means that i'll have to start doing some work.. *stress stress* have two assignments due this coming week.. *dies*.. eeeeeyoh.. welp winging about it wont help.. but it makes me feel better..
